Recipe.

What You Need.

  • A Blender

  • A bowel

  • Hot Water

  • Face Towels

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats of your choice

  • 4 tablespoons plain yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons organic honey

  • 4 strawberries

Instructions.

  1. Blend the dry rolled oats until they’re a powder consistency.

  2. Submerge your honey into hot water to make it easier to stir into your face mix.

  3. Pour your oats into a bowl and add your yogurt and honey.

  4. Put the strawberries into a blender and then add them into your bowel (including the juice).

  5. Stir well! If the consistency is not solid enough, add more oats.

  6. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes so that the oats are well coated in the ingredients.

  7. Apply to clean skin.

  8. Keep on for 10-20 minutes and then rinse off.
