Purely Polished Beauty & Wellness Professionals may decline any appointment at any time, including choosing to end an appointment once it has started. Our Customer Service team is standing by at all times when a provider in our network is providing a service for an appointment.

Our Purely Polished Beauty and Wellness providers are strongly encouraged to communicate with us if they have any concerns about a client or work environment upon arrival. Once an appointment is completed, providers are asked to share any important information regarding their interaction.

In addition, if a provider’s concern rises to the level of safety, the provider is strongly encouraged to report the client to our Customer Service team by email or phone.
